Also, there exist many parts which the Korean students have difficulty in learning the most, so we decide to focus on those parts’ features and weakness. They are 1) tense and aspect of the verbs, 2) modal verbs, and 3) relative pronouns. Therefore

There are always possibilities that text takers might misinterpret the items, so it is important for item writers to scrutinize the items from test takers' point of view. Also, items are required to be consistent with the specifications from start to end. After writing items, moderation will be followed to find weaknesses in the items and revise them
