본 보고서의 목적은 임의의 교차로를 방향별로 분류하고 현시와 교통량을 분석한 뒤 VISSIM을 이용하여 다양한 MOE를 도출하고 TRANSYT-7F를 이용하여 기존에 사용한 주기와 현시를 최적화함으로써 VISSIM와 TRANSYT-7F에서의 MOE 변화의 정도를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다.
